Our senior executives are:

Kevin Dilton-Hill

Kevin is the chief executive of JSK Solutions and has responsibility for leading major change initiatives and for developing the business. He has more than 20 years experience in business consultancy.

Kevin’s core areas of expertise are in performance and cost management, risk management and management information. Kevin has worked in a broad range of sectors including Financial Services, Utilities, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Retail.

Before starting JSK Solutions Kevin spent 7 years with WCI, a UK based consultancy, initially as Managing Director of their South African operations. Prior to this, Kevin spent five years in business software development and consulting with a listed IT company. Kevin’s early career was in auditing followed by a 10 year period as a professor in the department of Accounting at Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Certified Public Accountant (New York), Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and has a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics degree. Kevin’s professional involvement includes a three year term on the Auditing Standards Committee of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Julie Westwood

As Operations Director of JSK Solutions, Julie brings over 10 years experience of operations, enthusiasm, drive, and a sense of humour to each and every assignment. She is an experienced manager, having spanned the roles of COO to Production Manager and Project Manager – always focused on increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Julie spent time on the factory floor before moving into production management. She has since gone on to apply lean manufacturing methods in a consulting environment in the Financial Services and Pharmaceutical sectors. She specialises in customer experience improvement interventions and process re-design and has led complex assignments within the pension administration, creditor and general insurance and investment banking arenas.

Her role is to ensure that our clients achieve their goals via the application of lean manufacturing methods skills and expertise, combined with robust and effective programme management. She ensures that all our projects achieve the desired return on investment and deliver enduring results for our clients.

Julie has a degree in mechanical engineering and she is a Chartered Engineer.
